Ordering and Order Processing

To order on the Internet using Visa, MasterCard, or Discover:

Just select [Order] at the bottom of the various product pages and you access our online order form. Fill in the appropriate information, including shipping, sales tax (if applicable), and total order. Complete the charge card section. When complete, select [Order Complete] and the information will forward to our order processing department.

Provided there are no problems getting authorization on your charge card, you will notified by e-mail of the shipping status of your order. Most orders for in-stock merchandise process and ship within 24 hours of credit card authorization. Please note, your credit card is never charged unless the items are in-stock and ready to ship. If we have any problems with your card or with your shipment, we will advise you using your e-mail address.

To order by telephone using Visa, MasterCard, or Discover:

Contact our Order Department by calling (903)887-4100 between 9am and 3pm on weekdays (Central time).

To order by mail:

Mail your completed order form (if you have previously received a printed catalog) with a personal check, money order, or credit card information to cover the total order, including shipping and sales tax (if applicable) to:

If you do not have an order form, just specify the products desired and the price for each item on a sheet of paper. Be sure to include your complete name, street address, and telephone number.

Company policy requires that we hold all orders paid by personal check for 10 business days to allow for check clearance at your local bank. Orders paid by money order typically ship the same day we receive your payment.

Just fax your order to our 24 hour fax line at (903)887-4101. We will confirm your order using the same policies described above.
